I LOVED the line “he’s not even sure if he got dumped again”! And think of I’ve heard of Junko Mizuno before as the manga-ka who’s re-written a number of Western fairy tales to interesting and odd effect (sounds like something she’d do), so I must have a look around for her stuff!

I wasn’t too sure I was going to like it, since I took the gigolo term more seriously and expected a bunch of women to be throwing themselves at Pelu, but it’s actually so much better than I’d envisioned. I bet you’d like it, too.
