Three Comic Art Legends Working Together on New Satirical Book

Erich Origen and Gan Golan, the team behind “Goodnight Bush” (the popular parody of President George W. Bush, as told through the “Goodnight Moon” children’s book), have teamed up again for a superhero parody of the current economic crisis, Unemployed Man.

And along for the ride are three comic art legends – Ramona Fradon (two of the book’s four chapters), Rick Veitch (one chapter) and Michael Netzer (one chapter plus some other art), as well as inks from the great Josef Rubinstein and Terry Beatty.

That’s some fine looking artwork!

If you stop by Netzer’s website (here), you can see more preview pages.

You had me at “kick to the nuts”.

funny . . . but sad . . . in a funny way.
which is sad.

When does this come out? it looks pretty cool.

Michael Lewis could not have written better, the Global Financial Crisis in comic mode! Gotta love it!

Scheduled for mid October release, Keith.
