This comic is implausible. No way would Kirby admit to not creating Spider-Man.

D’uh, T.
Even Jim Shooter, who saw the Kirbydesigns for Spidey, tells that Kirby admitted that Credit should go to Steve.

I haven’t read FF, so I don’t know the circumstances of how he joined, but did they agree to pay him top salary this time?

Pretty good. It would have been stronger if Kirby actually looked like Kirby, but pretty good.

LoL..someone send the comic to Mark Waid, he’d get a kick out of the “Charlie Brown”-ing of one of his F4 tropes….
Man, I definitely feel for Spidey here….

@ Mary Warner: I believe it was a part of Johnny’s last will and testament, that “Peter” was given a spot on the team. I could be wrong tho’. Hickman’s hard to read and understand sometimes.

Well, when Jack became God, he got past having to claim credit to Spidey’s creation. Yeah, that’s it.
Ah, nobody dies. Is William Messner-Loebs getting any money for having done that 20 years ago in the Flash?
Anyone read Butcher Baker, and Joe Casey’s back matter about thinking he may have met Ditko?

Wow, you got by without knowing a lot longer than I did. Don’t worry about it, though. It’s frustrating, but if the story’s good, you’ll enjoy it anyway when it’s collected.
