Here’s the latest of the daily voting threads for The Greatest ____ Stories Ever Told!
Our next creator up for voting is J.M. DeMatteis.
DeMatteis has written a wide variety of comic book series for a number of different publishers, including popular and important runs on Marvel and DC books. He has had significant runs as a writer or a co-writer on books like Captain America, The Defenders, Amazing Spider-Man, Dr. Fate, the Spectre and the Justice League. He has also written more independent fare like Moonshadow, Abadazad and Brooklyn Dreams.
You have until 11:59 PM Pacific time, November 19th to vote for your top ten favorite comic book stories drawn, written or co-written by J.M. DeMatteis! Your choices will be revealed on November 20th.
You vote by sending your top ten choices to bcronin@comicbookresources.com (make the subject heading clear that it is about The Greatest J.M. DeMatteis Stories Ever Told Voting) by that time (you send your votes by e-mail, not in the comments to this piece).

This will be a great list. IT’ll be interesting to see what JLI shows up beyond One Punch. I’m rooting for the Kooey Kooey Kooey story.

My vote is split between the very wonderful Moonshadow and the funeral of Mister Miracle (I don’t have my old JLI issues to hand anymore, but I believe it was either #40 or #41).

Man, this was hard to narrow down. I feel liike I’ve betrayed the White Rabbit and the Fabulous Frog-Man because they didn’t make the cut.
