Name That Beast Artist!

All November-long, I will be sharing four panels featuring a comic book character. They will each be drawn by four separate pencilers. I will be featuring only pieces of art where the penciler did full pencils (as otherwise it would be way too difficult). Your challenge is to, simply put, name that artist!

E-mail me your guesses to bcronin@comicbookresources.com. Do NOT make guesses in the comments section! After a week, I’ll post the correct answers on the archive page along with whoever guessed them correctly. You don’t have to name the issues the panels came from, but if you’d like to, knock yourself out.

Read on for the four Beast panels…

I decided to make a comic strip out of these four panels. The Beast sure talks to himself a bunch…

FINALLY! I recognize one!

(the last one, it was a pretty good one-off story)

Pretty sure I know #2 and I definitely know #4. That one is maybe the easiest panel of this whole month. For me at least. #1 and #3 are going to cause me to kick myself when the artists are revealed.

Anyone who doesn’t get #4 has no business living. Hell, even I’M 80% certain I got it.

OK, 100%. And I’m 75% on #2, took and educated guess on 3, and played a hunch on 1. I sent in my answers — and did NOT post them here!

Now I just gotta wait a week and see how I did…

J.

I feel like I know #3.
