Name That Guy Gardner Artist!
Every week, I will be sharing four panels featuring a comic book character. They will each be drawn by four separate pencilers. I will be featuring only pieces of art where the penciler did full pencils (as otherwise it would be way too difficult). Your challenge is to, simply put, name that artist!
E-mail me your guesses to bcronin@comicbookresources.com. Do NOT make guesses in the comments section! When I post the new challenge, I’ll post the correct answers for the previous on the archive page along with whoever guessed them correctly. You don’t have to name the issues the panels came from, but if you’d like to, knock yourself out.
Read on for the four panels featuring Guy Gardner…

I actually recognize 1 and 3, but I’m at a loss for the other two.

That third one isn’t Guy Gardner, it’s Moe! Anyone can see that!

I’m terrible at this game, but I know I’ve read most of these comics.
A few days ago I read one of the comics that had been used in the Hal Jordan installment of this feature, and I was like, “Hey! So THAT’s where that panel came from!”

I wish it was “Name That Letterer” because I recognise all the letterers and I’m only sure of two of the artists.

I must own a few of these, but as usual I have no idea. I might know the first one.

Okay, I finally recognized the fourth one after a while, so I made a guess at #2 and sent a submission off. Fingers crossed….

Many years ago I read the Byrne drawn Legends and was amazed at how much John Byrne drew Guy Gardner like his original interpretation of Madison Jeffries from Alpha Flight.
