Future installments will deal with Spider-Man creators, Spider-Man characters and Spider-Man stories, but this month will be about Spider-Man covers.

You all voted, now here are the results! We’ll reveal five covers a day until the end of the month. Here is a master list of all the covers that have been revealed so far.

Stunning that ANYONE finds the cover to issue 251 better than the cover to issue 28…which is arguably the greatest cover in the history of Marvel Comics.

I did not vote but #251does hit a nostalgic note, being the cover of second Spidey book I have read (haven’t seen the first one here yet).

What’s wrong with #251? It’s a pretty darn dramatic cover.

All fine covers, but all oddly placed.

I thought yesterday’s five were superior across the board to this batch, even comparing Ditkos or Martins.

Man, I do love #23. I wish I had voted for it.

love number 31 even though the hobgoblin history is still espically love spider man holding the mask of one of his most messed up rogues. and creepy how 655 has spider man kneeling and the webs looks like blood. hope its not one of the issues that led to the brand new day mess

I’m very impressed by the Ditko covers…if I’d been more versed in that era some probably would have made my list.

I voted for the “other” dramatic Hobgoblin cover (245) but it was a toss-up between that and 251, both great. I expect we’ve got a lot more Goblin showing up in one form or another over the course of this list!

#35 makes me laugh. #31 is pretty cool.

I immediately thought of ASM 655 for this list, but I think primarily because I associate it with wonderful story and art within. Still a nice cover, though!
