Thor: Noir and Victorian Adam Strange
We were so filled with our current artists and our returning artists for The Line it is Drawn #100 that I did figured I’d hold off these two bonus drawings that Nick Perks did until now.
So get ready for some cool Nick Perks drawings of Thor: Noir and the Victorian Adam Strange!
Check out Nick’s website here.
Here is Daniel Irrizari’s original Thor: Noir from The Line it is Drawn #10 and here is Brad Millette’s original Victorian Adam Strange from The Line it is Drawn #5.

Great stuff, Nick!

The both of them are so very clever, and they both made me smile huge. Thanks for posting these!

They are very cool (as usual with Nick), but weren’t all the rest “covers” (in multiple senses of the word, but comic book issue covers in this case), so they actually wouldn’t have fit in for 100?
Man, I’m so anal retentive.

Holy crap. These are both really fucking good. LOVE the actual-noir use of shadows!

They didn’t run with the rest, so they did not conform to the style of the others. Note that the piece by Nick that did run in #100 was in a cover format.

I love the Loki panel especially, but the entire Thor: Noir piece is PHENOMENAL.
Kudos to Nick Perks!

Man, these are freaking incredible! Awesome work, Nick! The shadows on the Noir piece are great, and the expression on Adam Strange’s face is priceless!

Thanks for the kind words – Always good to be appreciated!
@Travis Pelkie – I did try to make the Adam Strange piece into a cover (belatedly) but it just didn’t work…. http://nick-perks.deviantart.com/#/d5a1kxk if you are interested.

Very cool.
And I didn’t really mean to sound like I was complaining, honest! It just comes out like that sometimes!
