The Greatest Black Widow Stories Ever Told! – Voting

Here’s the latest of the daily voting threads for The Greatest ____ Stories Ever Told!

Today we look at Black Widow!

You have until 11:59 PM Pacific time, April 12th to vote for your top ten favorite Black Widow comic book stories! Your choices will be revealed on April 13th.

You vote by sending your top ten choices to bcronin@comicbookresources.com (make the subject heading clear that it is about The Greatest Black Widow Stories Ever Told Voting) by that time (you send your votes by e-mail, not in the comments to this piece. I repeat DO NOTE VOTE IN THE COMMENTS SECTION OF THIS PIECE).

Be sure to first click here to read about the rules and guidelines for the voting (so you don’t vote for stuff that is ineligible).

I’d prefer you not share your votes in the comments section – please let’s keep it a surprise until the results go up. You can share your votes then if you’d like!

Have fun voting and be sure to check back April 13th to see the results!

As much as I like the character and how she’s been used the last few years, I can’t imagine the field on this one is very deep…

Actually some of her early stories were rock solid. Like circa-Bronze Age.

brian, please make this a top 15, at least.

I’ll be fascinated to read this, but voting is going to be a real challenge.

I hope the one where her jumpsuit is zipped down to show a lot of cleavage makes it on here.

I have to say…my tendencies in voting for her were more modern, yet my tendencies in the Storm voting were more classic.

re-read some of her early stories including Boris & Natasha vs Iron Man.
It seems to me that after the initial defeat she was exiled, confused and highly emotional and didn’t get her act together until during her partnership with Daredevil (maybe Moondragon unscrambled her brain).
afterwards she had the occasional good story but not regularly until the late 90s
