You Decide – Which Arrow Character Do You Think Is Most Likely to Die In Tonight’s Season Finale?

With the season finale of Arrow tonight, which character do you think is most likely to be killed off in tonight’s episode?

Read on for the choices!

I cast my vote. By the way, has it been confirmed someone will definitely die? Like you, I think it’s likely. I’m just wondering if it was made official.

The characters that the show could lose the most easily are Roy Harper and Sin.

With Roy, there are just some ideas that cannot be updated. The junior sidekick is one. Robin works ok, because he and Batman are so closely linked. The rest of them really belong to another century.

With Sin, she is just an inferior variation on a part that the same actress played on another show. She has never really fit with the ensemble.

Laurel is probably next. It is a struggle for the writers to get her involved with the Queen Family plots. It helps that she has both her Dad and Sara to bounce off now. It makes her a little easier to take, despite being unable to turn her head for some reason.

That said, they’ll probably kill of Sara.

Dean, maybe we needed a poll of “which Arrow character would you most like to see killed off?”

I’m not sure “You Decide” is really accurate. Maybe “Place Your Bets” or “Make a Guess”. This poll will decide absolutely nothing; the episode’s going to air and voters will be proven either right or wrong.

@ M-Wolverine:

Roy in a landslide.

The character has been around for 73 years in the comics and managed one iconic moment. DC is too embarrassed to even use his code name. The actor playing him is pretty generic and the plots that they are giving him are kind of a distraction from the main action.

I am not a fan of Sin, but she isn’t really worth killing off. She is more a ‘final scene at the bus terminal’ type.

That’s still one more iconic scene than Green Arrow, no?

By the way the above comment isn’t sarcasm or snark. I’ve been a casual DC reader for decades and don’t recall a single iconic Green Arrow scene, except maybe if you count Roy’s iconic scene as a Green Arrow scene also.

Argh. My second to last comment is in moderation and my last comment isn’t, so it’s out of context.

The dead cat arrow thing?

I’ve been assuming Roy will become Hourman: he has the Miraku/Miraclo in his system so I figure that’s what they’re shooting for down the road.

The dead cat arrow thing?

Haha, well played, sir!

No, really, is it the “my ward is a junkie” cover? That’s the only other thing I can think of, I guess, but was blanking when I read these comments before.

@Dean The show has shown it can do non-sidekick sidekicks, so making Roy Arsenal isn’t a probably. Not a fan of the actor, though, as you say, pretty generic.

I don’t mind Sin, but I don’t think she’s even “bus terminal” level. I think she’s more “just stops appearing.”
