1/15 – Declarative Rabbit Says…
From last week’s Nightwing #140:
As Dick Grayson views through maps of Manhattan at the library, a librarian approaches…
Deborah: “I see you’re looking at Washington Heights. Very different from the rest of the city. Almost like you’re not in Manhattan anymore.”
Dick Grayson: “Go there a lot?”
Deborah: “My brother lives there with his family, works as a real estate agent. Keeps trying to get me to move up his way so he can have a cheap babysitter on standby.”
Dick Grayson: “Not a bad thing to have family close.”
Deborah: “I agree, but I’m a downtown girl. Always have been, always will be.”
Dick Grayson: “The village?”
Deborah: “Positively. East Fourth Street.”I love you, Peter Tomasi.

12/20 – Declarative Rabbit Says…
It is cute seeing Marvel trying to create a new branding with the word “Young.”

12/5 – Declarative Rabbit Says…
Khari Evans‘ penciling over Barry Kitson‘s breakdowns looks really, really nice.

10/25 – Declarative Rabbit Says…
In this week’s Sinestro Corps one-shot, I thought that Earth Prime’s Superbo…what?!?! Hey!! Wait!!……………

10/15 – Declarative Rabbit Says…
SPOILER WARNING!!
Thank goodness that Everyman is dead. It will force DC writers to put a little more thought into their “twists”.

10/9 – Declarative Rabbit Says…
The alternate universe in Countdown 30 was the dumbest alternate universe I have ever read (not counting alternate universes that were designed solely as jokes).

9/11 – Declarative Rabbit Says…
Since Tony Stark is definitively not a Skrull, things do not look good for Jessica Drew fans.

8/24 – Suicidal Rabbit Says…
First Wendell Vaughn, now they have killed off the second-greatest Avenger in history(after Wendell, natch)!! Marvel must want me to end it all.

7/21 – Declarative Rabbit Says…
The latest issue of Justice League of America was the best comic written by Brad Meltzer yet.

7/09 – Declarative Rabbit Says…
It is unforgively stupid to post the new lineup of the Outsiders in HOUSE ADS in DC titles a MONTH before the series of FIVE ONE-SHOTS come out deciding who the new Outsiders are.
It is likewise dumb that a certain horrible female character is on the team, making it a particularly notable example of a “pet character” (“Batman says MY creation is awesome! So shouldn’t you agree?”)
Finally, it is dumb that the name “Outsiders” is blocked in the actual ad.

6/17 – Declarative Rabbit Says…
Dwayne McDuffie is a good choice to follow Meltzer on Justice League of America.
